Oman Society for Petroleum Services OPAL signed first MoU in support of the implementation of the NOS (National occupational Standards) for Lifting Operations.
The agreement with NPORS (National Plant Operator Registration Scheme) will provide technical expertise and quality assurance support for OPAL when the new Oman Lifting Operations competency card scheme goes live in early 2019.
